What size should I get?

It's recommended measuring the circumference of your upper arm & your forearm to choose the right size. I offer 3 different sizes, however you can vary the exact position to feel most comfortable. 

Circumferences (not diameter):

  • S (23cm, 9 inches)
  • M (27cm, 10.6 inches)
  • L (31cm, 12.2 inches)

I usually recommend to get two sizes for more variability in style and fabric thickness. 

For women: usually "S" can be worn on forearm or as an "XS" on the upper arm; "M" (or "L") can be worn on the upper arm with a thinner fabric (blouse/blazer) or on the forearm with thicker fabric (jumper). 

For men: usually "M" can be worn on the forearm (with a shirt/Blazer) and "L" can be worn on the upper arm (with a blazer/jumper)

How to care for my silk products?

Silk is a delicate product, so please use following instructions:

  • Hand wash 30°C (86°F) or Machine wash delicate in a washing bag 30°C (86°F)
  • pH neutral liquid detergent that does not contain enzyme
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron at low heat 110°C (230°F)
  • No trichlorethylene

Why do not all the SLEEVEEs come with the golden logo?

The new golden "SLEEVEE logo" is not yet available on all the color and sizes - but be sure: the SLEEVEE remains the same. As soon as the stock is empty, all the SLEEVEEs will be available with the new logo :) 

Sold out - when will the product be back in stock?

Please understand that I am a small business & therefore I don't have a large stock. If any of the items are out of stock, I'll do my best to get it back in stock as soon as possible. Usually the reproduction takes about 3-4 weeks. Thank you for your patience :) 

Shipping & Refund

Worldwide Shipping
I ship worldwide from Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your country. 

Estimated delivery times
Orders are processed within 3-4 workdays. You can find the estimated delivery times below. However please note that they can vary and I am not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by the shipping company or customs. 

Shipping time:

  • Switzerland: 3-4 working days
  • European Union: 7 to 15 working days
  • United states: 7 to 15 working days
  • Other destinations: 7 to 21 working days


Custom Charges / Taxes
All parcels are sent from Switzerland. Shipping costs do not include any custom charges / taxes that may occur for international orders. Custom charges / taxes are up to the customer. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order

Non-deliverable or refused parcels
Any parcels that could not be delivered because the given delivery address was incorrect or because it was not picked up at the post office for any reason and is returned to me, is non refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note, if you refuse a shipment from SLEEVEE for any reason (incl. customs duties / taxes) you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as additional costs of returning your order parcel to SLEEVEE. The costs of the product are non-refundable.

Return
Returns are not possible and costs will not be refunded.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and amount of the items you have ordered and the country of delivery. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once you have entered your address. 

Do I need to pay taxes?

I ship all the products from Switzerland. Please note, shipping costs do not include any custom charges that may occur for international orders; these costs are up to the customers. Unfortunately I do not have any impact on the amount of custom charges as they differ from country to country.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Orders are non-trackable. If you do not receive your order within the described delivery time, please contact me via info@sleeveecollection.com

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

We recommend that you create an account if you want to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick & easy to create an account :)

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, I am unable to modify your order once you have placed it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online or contact me via info@sleeveecollection.com

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, a cancellation is not possible. However we'll always try to find a solution if you ordered a big quantity by mistake.
